Is there a flow that will send an email as an alert if an existing task within a bucket has been updated by someone else?

Within teams, I am using a planner where tasks are created and sorted into different buckets. I was hoping to figure out if there's a flow for tasks already sorted within buckets, where a task may be edited by someone else and the flow will send an email alerting that a change has been made.
