Existing Planner is not visible after login @ Microsoft Teams Web

I am not able to view already existing Planner after login to Microsoft Teams Web.

Let me know, if this is planned outage or something else. (9-April-19)

Can you confirm you have already added the Planner tab with the existing plan into Teams?

@Santhosh Balakrishnan- I already created planner some days back and there were many tasks added to that created planner.
