Error Message Planner login

Hi everyone,


We have been using Planner for at least a year now and it has stopped working for the past couple of months.

When we try to log in, the following error message appears:

We're not ready for you yet.
We're still setting things up. Please try again later.
Date and Time: 19/11/2020 6:00:36 AM
Planner Version:


I have tried logging out of every device and re log in but nothing appears to be working.
