Deleted plan still visible in Microsoft Teams

We are using Microsoft Planner and the corresponding add-on for Microsoft Teams. In our configuration, deleted plans (via Microsoft Office 365 website) are still visible in Teams and cannot be removed from the list. How can we hide the deleted plans in Microsoft Teams?
