Creating new plan without linking to M365 groups

Hi everyone and happy new year!!!

Quick question here, is anyone notice that Microsoft removed the option to create plans without linking to M365 groups?

Just had an ending user asking for support and there is no option to create a new plan if you don't link to an existing M365 group.

@Jenny_Ordonez they were always linked to the groups or with the New Group creation option only except roasters (only with the help of PowerShell).
