Auto Response Email For Completed Task in Planner

Hi,

 

I am new to Microsoft planner(am a Power Bi Developer). 
I was given this new issue to solve: 

 

They are wanting to shut off the auto response email that sends when “completed” is hit on a task in planner. For some reason, an automated email is being sent out to the creator that a task is completed even though it’s not.

 

We will call the group RF. I am a group owner. I’ve checked the plan settings but there is no section for me to shut off those emails to those individuals. Please help.

@Kballar6 Notifications in Planner cannot be turned off by admin / group owner. It has to be done by the respective users alone.
