I've heard from customers the need to have some kind of audit on actions taken in a plan/task!

For example when someone completed a task etc..

Hi Adam -- are your customers more interested in this from a Project Management perspective (to see what changed) or from a compliance auditing perspective?

I’d say both but more from a project manager perspective :)
