We have made ChatGPT available in preview in Azure OpenAI Service to our customers. The technology allows developers to integrate custom AI-powered experiences directly into their applications, enhancing existing bots to handle unexpected questions, automating claims processing, recapping call centre conversations and generating ad copy with personalised offers, among others. Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Search can be combined to use conversational language for knowledge base retrieval on enterprise data.
