Hello,
I am unable to create support request in partner center. I am getting the following error message while trying to create a support request. "There was an issue creating your service request. Please wait 10 minutes and try again."
Can someone let me know if there is another way to contact support in Partner center.?

@Ari2024 have you tried a different web browser? I haven't heard anyone else with this issue. I have moved your post to our Partner-Led tech topics in hopes someone else has encountered this and has a solution for you.

@WilliamFulmer I have the same issue. I cannot submit the support ticket, because my Workspace dropdown is empty. My workspace dropdown appears empty, because I am not yet a partner. My partner signup fails inexplicably with an error code and asks me to file a support ticket for further assistance.

I am having the same issue as you described. I cannot open a support ticket and the AI is of no help. I cannot track down a phone number or email for the North American region and I keep going in a loop.
Were you able to get this resolved?
