Partner Verification Employment rejected

If the partner verification rejected (due to domain document). May I know whether can resume the process to reverify again once i got the requested document?

I am not sure why they ask for domain document for the employment verification. Although I already follow their steps to change my domain to be same as the BR but still got rejected with another ridiculous reason. 

It's very frustrated. The reply from the AV team is very slow and they seems only want to reject and close the case.
