Identity verification rejection -- now locked out

We have been locked out from being able to have our identity verified after multiple attempts to get verified. The option to appeal is no longer an option as the "Fix now" button has disappeared. We have tried everything to get help and only have just over 5 business days to resolve this before we lose the option to renew. This has a critical impact on our business.

 

We have submitted multiple tickets, but they get closed without getting resolved.

 

We have one open ticket at the moment which has had 3 escalations, but the issue is still unresolved.

 

We were told to go to the local Microsoft office, but it's been closed for over a year now. Besides we have also been told that the matter has to be resolved through Support and not by going to the office.

 

Does anyone either have a solution or know where we can go or who we can contact to get the solution?
