Help with "Fix now" link within Account Management page

Copper Contributor

Hi,

I have applied to join the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner program and my application was rejected because, I failed the Microsoft standards review. Unfortunately, the email I got from MS Vetting Ops support did not provide any details about what exactly I failed on.

I have been trying to appeal by following the recommended process. However, I am unable to edit any details within the Partner portal. I am a global admin for my organisation within both the company's Azure subscription and M365 tenant. What exactly am I missing here?

I have the exact same issue for over three weeks. In my case, I am stuck on the Employment Verification step. I upload the requested documentation for Employment Verification. A couple days later, I got a rejection notice without any explanation. And instructions for me to follow the "Fix Now" process, which asks me to upload the same documents. And I am in an endless loop.

I have three tickets open and every day I ask for someone to call to explain why the verification is being rejected. In one email, I was told that they cannot call because of security reasons.
My biggest challenge is that I cannot even edit anything when I click the "Fix now" link. I know the screen says I need "Global admin" rights and I know I have those right in our Entra Id. However, I am not sure how Microsoft partner app is determining that I don't have global admin rights.

@jostayl0 can you send me a private message with a screen shot of the grayed-out "Fix now" link so I can share it with support and ask them how to move forward? I've seen multiple partners posting about this and I think it would be good to get step by step directions from them if possible.

I'll try!

I also have such issues (not with authentication) but with the hardware program itself.
* adding a certificate says I don't have access - even though I'm global admin
* the hardware program is not listed among the other subscribed programs, but adding it again claims that we are already part of it
* the hardware program doesn't show up in the workspaces

And the support? I guess there's just a poor guy looking at the ticket for 10 seconds, writing something (without reading the actual ticket) ignoring all the text in the ticket and that makes the Microsoft side satisfied it seems.
Very likely their ticket system is full with issues and they can't catch up resolving them.
