Cannot Re-enroll into programs via the Microsoft Partner Centre

My enrollment for a program had expired a while ago, but I am trying to re-enroll into the program. However, when I try to re-enroll into the program, the Partner Centre denies me access and tells me to call my administrator (the administrator is actually my account and the exact account I was on at the time).

Has anybody else ever experienced this issue before? If you were able to resolve it, how did you resolve it?

@EMIWIND I would recommend you submit a support ticket for this and maybe in the meantime someone will be able to chime in here and tell you if they have encountered this same issue. 


Keep us posted on how it goes! I'm also moving this post to our partner verification board as I feel it fits a bit better in that space.

@Jill_Armour_MicrosoftHello. Thank you so much for your response. I have already tried to submit a support ticket, but as I have no workspace according to the Partner Centre, I was unable to submit the support ticket. I will keep my eyes open and look out for replies to this post.

@EMIWIND I'm not sure where to take this request as I'm not part of the support team. I will try to figure out how to help, but I can't be sure I will find you a solution. I'll do what I can.
