Hi all,
We have a customer who is completely moving out of Poly conferencing solution to MS Teams Room, however they have already deployed MS Teams Room solution in some of the rooms.
Are they eligible for ECIF funding now, given that they didn't use that fund in the initial Teams room deployment?

SolutionYou must first be nominated/selected as the requested Supplier for ECIF services by the customer - Welcome to Microsoft Procurement
There are strict steps to become ECIF eligible. Therefore, after becoming a Supplier, it's best to contact your Microsoft Account Manager or PDM.
Note: If you are a Microsoft Reseller in CSP, you work with indirect providers (aka distributors) who have a direct relationship with Microsoft and can provide you with customer support, pricing, and billing that help to ensure your success.
If this reply answers your question, please Accept as the solution to help the other members find it more quickly. Otherwise, please let me know if you need further assistance on this topic.
