Just wanted to double check something. Is the logo builder available only for Cloud partners who have purchased the action pack?

May I ask if you're a member of the MPN? If so, the Microsoft Partner Network is now called the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program.  Partner logos, award logos, and certified letters are aligned to your Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program membership. Create a partner logo, certified letter, or award - Logo Builder - Partner Center | Microsoft Learn

there must be something more about it (or a problem): I have an MPN ID, are a member of Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and my logo builder says there are no logos available.

@A_T_B @Neebux I have been told the best way to handle this is by submitting a support ticket. I'm sorry I couldn't find a quick fix for you. 

If you do find a solution, would you mind posting how it was corrected so anyone else facing this issue can follow along?
