Doubts about Partner success Expanded benefits.

Hello, my company is planning on buying Partner success expanded benefits, we saw they provide 35 users of Dynamics 365 Finance as benefits along with other benefits.

My doubt is whether that 35 user licenses include Development sandbox (dev environment) or just Front end D365 Finance.

My other doubt is they provide 6 marketing related benefits like digital marketing content, go to market toolbox, expansion readiness assessment etc... It would be really helpful if I get some help regarding what are all these benefits actually mean. What could be the possible advantages which my company gets using this 6 marketing benefits.

Hi @LicensingConcierge1 , Thanks for the reply. Actually my doubt is in the benefits section for Success Expanded benefits of Microsoft cloud partner program, it tells partners can avail 35 user instance of D365 Finance. So here what does 35 users mean ? like it is 35 user instances of just Front end D365 (like the UI)

or all 35 of the instance can have access to Development also, like can access LCS and setup Visual studio to do development ?.
