Definition of "per Tenant ID" as part of Incentives Maximum Earning Opportunity Requirement

Iron Contributor

Happy day/week dear Community,

We would like your crucial support and advice on this question. We are an Indirect Provider in the CSP program. More specifically, we would like to understand what "per Tenant ID" means as part of the maximum earning opportunity requirement of the FY24 Incentives.

The question in detail: does the "per Tenant ID" means the Tenant ID of our reseller (i.e., Indirect Reseller) or the Tenant ID of our reseller's customer (i.e., the end customer)? Kindly asking you to help us understand this critical point as it is really important for our rebates strategy & projection?

Thank you in advance for your significant input!

Best regards,

Nick

Hi @nick_Anag

It is the customer Tenant ID (not partner tenant ID).

Dear @LicensingConcierge1

Could you please define once again the term "customer" in order to speak the same language? Who is the "customer" in Microsoft' language?

By saying "customer", are you referring to our resellers or our resellers end customers? As mentioned, we are an Indirect Provider in CSP with the relevant program guidelines (i.e., we do not have privileges to our reseller's end customer tenant).

Thank you once again for clarifying!

Best regards,

Nick

It is based on the resellers end customer tenant ID. The customer will be visible in the incentive earning statement on Partner Center, as well as in the supplement report that helps partners track towards the maximum incentive earning opportunity.
