An office with 9 users all use outlook 2016 .
The email clients are configured all as POP3.
Only one of the users has a problem when receiving an email appointment , and only from a specific email address .
The problem is that he receives the appointment as winmail.dat and cant open the appointment on his local pc.
when he sends the email with the attached file to one of his colleagues , they can open and see the attached file with the appointment .
any advice would be appreciated
