I like Microsoft enhanced customizing the top navigation bar feature in Outlook Online. The navigation bar comes with predefined groupings. And, if you don't like the pairing, you can create your own. That's great!

- From the top navigation, click on More options (the three-dots)
Choose Customize - The screen below appears.
