Is there a setting somewhere that needs to be enabled to show users status. Most of my users are showing offline even when they are active in Outlook, etc. And some of my users are showing Available or In Meeting as normal. Thank you.

SolutionThe status (presence indicator) is taken from either Teams or Skype for Business, users "active in Outlook" doesn't count.
