User having issue with shared calendar in outlook cached mode (set of folders cannot be opened)

I have a user that has an issue opening a shared calendar in Outlook. I have tried repair on office 365 both quick and full online repair. I have tried launching in safe mode, disabling add ins, recreating profile a couple times and ran scanpst to repair any errors in the ost file she originally uses. 

I have found that if outlook is running in non cached mode for her profile she can open the calendar without issue. As soon as cached mode is turned on she will get the error "The Set of folders cannot be opened". 

 

I also tried signing her into another laptop and the issue follows which has put me at my wits end since I was thinking it might be a setting on her laptop but appears to somehow be something related to her account as well when in cached mode?

 

Please any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated.
