Uploading a PST to online archive?

Does anyone have any tips for uploading a large PST's to users online archive?

I'm encountering an issue where uploading a large PST (48GB) will result in missing folders or emails. So I have been breaking it down and just uploading folders from such PST. It's been a tedious process to upload a single folder at a time.

The PST's are repaired and we do not have an exchange server.

Is there a faster way to do this or am I just screwed due to the size of the PST?

Why don't you use the PST Import service: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/use-network-upload-to-import-your-organization-s-pst-files-...

There are also 3rd party tools you can use, but they usually come at a cost.
