Upgrading Outlook 2007 to TLS1.2 (Windows 10 Pro)

Hi,

Under Windows7 outlook allowed encrypted POP and SMTP 995 and 465 with TLS selected.

Since switching to Windows10 pro TLS incoming is ok but outgoing smtp fails.  It does allow SSL but that's probably TLS1.0 or TLS1.1.  Our server is now switching to 1.2 so unless I can fix this bug I have a problem and would rather not switch out all of Office and don't want office cloud-based.

My OS should be fine/compatible. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
