Undo the email migrated to Outlook from Zimbra

Hi,

I tried to use Outlook2007. I connected my Zimbra email account to Outlook account, and all my Inbox emails moved to Outlook and my Inbox in Zimbra is empty now. 

Now I want to undo this process. I want to move my all Inbox emails back to my Zimbra account. Is there any way I can do that?
