I had to reformat my computer. Prior to the reformat, my wife's email has been used on the Outlook app. After reformat, it won't let me log in to add it to Outlook. It is a workspace account. I found and followed these instructions but it didn't resolve the issue (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/error-this-web-browser-does-not-support-javascript-or-scri...). Additional information that might be helpful. The user I'm doing this for is a standard user. I opened the registry editor as an admin. I have restarted Outlook. Still didn't work. I rebooted my computer, still didn't work. I have 4 emails that are a part of this same workspace and I can actually get to the password part on the other emails. IMAP is enabled for the account in question. So not sure why some emails in the same workspace work but my wife's doesn't. I'm stuck and don't know what else to try.
