Unable to send emails to outlook

Hi,

 

I would like to seek help with email delivery to outlook. it's been 2 months now since we encountered the issue - unable to send to outlook. We are receiving NDR from outlook.

Moreover, we have our own mail exchange server.

 

Below is the Delivery Message

We have the same problem and unfortunately we are unable to solve this situation through the delisting form from Microsoft. From the tests done, the entire class of IPs is in the block
list (S3150) .
I remain disappointed by Microsoft's non-existent support.
