I have recently been able to access an old Hotmail account of mine that I would like to begin using again. I went into my Microsoft profile and removed the old profile photo of ~16 year old me that was still in my account from many years ago. However, despite seeing no profile photo in Outlook web or in my Microsoft account, the photo is still sent/shown to recipients upon message delivery.
Does Microsoft need more time to sync the change (photo was removed ~1-2 hours ago) or is there another setting somewhere to set a photo for your Mail image?
