I am running MS Outlook on Windows. Prior to a migration to Exchange Online, I was able to access my work and personal emails (outlook.com) in the same MS Outlook client.
Since the migration, I was prompted to reconnect the outlook.com account and have done this multiple times but keep getting the generic "reconnect outlook.com to Outlook email". I have tried this with a different outlook.com account and get the same issue.
I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
