Unable to add new IMAP account in outlook ver 16.59 (22031300) mac Big Sur

Issue: Unable to add new IMAP account after latest Outlook update 

Action Performed: Tools ->Account ->New Account ->IMAP Config ->Add Account ->Failed ("We encountered an error while adding account. Please try again.")

Expected Result: Add new IMAP Account

Actual Result:  Unable to add account on new Outlook

Error Message: "We encountered an error while adding account. Please try again."

Additional Info: able to add IMAP account if revert from new outlook

Solution
Disable Sync with Microsoft Cloud at imap selection setting (Provider) ....it worked.
