I am unable to add an account in Sync email from Outlook for Office 365 web email account in an outlook.live.com mail account.
Following settings are used:
IMAP Server name: outlook.office365.com
Port: 993
Encryption method: TLS
SMTP Server name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587
Encryption method: STARTTLS
Still, when I try to add the mail account, it does not get added and I get error-
We are unable to reach your email provider. Please check your server settings, or try again later.
However, when I change the TLS to SSL in IMAP server settings, the account gets added.
But even after getting added, it does not sync mail from the Outlook for Office 365 web email account.
