I tried to send an email months ago

It did not progress as the attachment was too large

I keep getting this alert

“The total attachment size exceeds the limit. Try removing one or more attachments before saving or sending.”

How can I fix this?

Well, reduce the size of attachments. Without knowing any other details, such as the client and server type used, who's generating the message and so on, we cannot give you any specific instructions.

how do I find out who is sending the error message, it just pops up
