Hi,
We have a ticket running on the support portal 365.
Ticket start date is september 11 2023.
We have android device that send and recieve mails from a shared mailbox.
So there are 2 mailboxes on the phone the usermailbox and the shared mailbox.
We never had problems sending mails as shared mailbox.
So now we cant anymore on several shared mailboxes from the android app.
We had several tests with someone at microsoft but no solution.
We also made a req to the android outlook app teams.
They just told us its a know problem without further info and closed the ticket.
So we dont what thet problem id is and if there is a workaround.
This is verry disapointing since we have alot of users.
Ticket TrackingID#2309111420000420 on m365 portal.
Since we dont get any help i ask myself where do we pay for and who will give the solution?
This is urgent since our users cant communicate in the shops now.

sorry to hear that you're having problems sending emails from shared mailboxes on the Android Outlook app. I have made some quick research and I can´t find the direct solution for your issue and I can't find some similar issues.
I understand that you need a workaround to allow your users to continue communicating.
