Hi,
Suddenly 2 weeks ago all emails turned "without format" instead of HTML.
I have checked all configuration options... it says HTML...
When I write one new email then it is in HTML but all the rest... new emails incoming or old emails received and/or sent are "without format".
I'm not a master in setting Office but I didn't change anything and in the past it was all correct.
I please ask for your help!
