Hello, I'm using a email address removed for privacy reasons mail address. Since I started an Outlook.com account (via Microsoft 365) my messages are sent under an unknown Outlook.com address, not under my original planet.nl address which I linked to my Outlook.com account. A strang address: 'xxxxxx[long name]email address removed for privacy reasons' occurs, which I never installed. Since then it takes a long time to send and receive messages, and my recipients don't trust that strange address, which I can understand. I tried everything to delete/change that address, but I can't find it back in my profile settings, also not as an alias. I've read the suggestions by Microsoft support, but they don't work and I can't get any help by phone. Does anyone know what is happening here and how I can resolve this problem?
