Single click on email does not mark it as read

Hello,

I know that this is possible, but I can't find my way around the Outlook settings.

I want that when I click on an email, it does not appear as read (not that the blue frame disappears), only with a double click the mail is marked as read.

I am an independent advisor answering questions about Outlook.

In New Outlook or OWA, review your Mark as read settings. 

View { View Settings | Mail | Message Handling.
