Show sent messages in grouped conversations in shared mailboxes

Hi,

We are looking for the option to see all messages in grouped conversations in shared mailboxes (all received and sent messages).

We found that the option "Show Messages from Other Folders" is missing in the Conversation Setting in shared mailboxes. Therefore all sent messages from the shared mailbox are not shown in the conversation. This makes it hard to overview a conversation and to find out if someone is already following up on that topic.

This feature works for 'Outlook for Mac' but doesn't for 'Outlook for Windows'.

As it is already working for Mac we hope that this implementation is being added for Windows very soon as well.

If there is already a work around to display the sent messages in these conversations, we would be grateful if you could share it with us.

Unfortunately not. We have not yet found a solution to this problem either. If you have found one in the meantime, it would be great if you could share it with us.
