We have recently setup an Exchange shared mailbox, however, one user is having an issue. It seems that when she navigates to the shared mailbox "People" tab, the Contact folder for the shared mailbox is missing. It appears for all other users. As far as I can tell, all users are identically licensed, and the permissions/sharing of the mailbox are identical as well. It happens regardless of browser or computer she uses to access the mailbox. Below is a screen shot of side-by-side comparison showing the same shared mailbox open for 2 different users. Can anyone suggest what might be going wrong here?
