Hey,
hope you can help me.
We use a shared calendar (conference room) with outlook 2016 for macOS. The user have full access to the mailbox.
If the user invites the room, he receives an automatic answer from the room (he can book it), but the appointment will not displayed in the calendar of the conference room, it takes about 60 minutes until the new appointment will displayed....
Can we changed the update interval from outlook for the shared calendar?

Is this happens in OWA as well?
Does it take that long.
Does it happen to other users as well?
Update the Outlook/Office Suite, reconfigure the account and check the behavior.

I reported a similar issue last year in these forums and a Microsoft rep stated that a fix was coming Q1 2019. Unfortunately it is now Q2 and still no fix for the calendar update issue.
I've had to tell my users if they want to see what items are on a particular calendar they have to go to Free/Busy info as that's the only way to see up-to-date items.
