Set a reminder for the last event of a recurring meeting

Hello,

 

I'm looking for a way to notify the owner of a recurring meeting that his last event is occurring, so he'll know that he must book the room again if he wants to keep it.

For now recurring meetings involving rooms are limited to a 6 months maximum period and we want to keep it this way, but we'd like the owner to be notified about his last meeting.

 

Couldn't find a way to do this, do you have a clue ?

Sure you can! You can use the room mailbox to send out a scheduled email notification.

I cant think of any other ways to make that possible,
