Sent emails missing from mailbox but in message trace

Hi All,

I hope you can help. We have a few user reporting missing sent emails. The recipients of the emails replied to the emails that were missing from sender's mailboxes so emails were definitely sent, and the email showed up in message trace reports but not in user's mailboxes, deleted folders or recover deleted items folders.

Any idea?

I just discovered a problem where an email that had a Category tag didn't show up in Sent Items, even when there is no filter set in teh view settings on that folder.

As soon as I removed the tag, the message appeared again. Definitely a bug.
