Sending out a Request Fore Quote Email

I often send out emails to may vendors at once(I BCC them) and attach documents.

I'm looking to do the same thing but with the ability of the recipient to accept or deny the request.

I know there is a task feature but that doesn't allow bcc's etc.

Any help would be great. Thank you.

Can you confirm that all your vendors run Outlook? if so, just send them the email with voting buttons.

@Victor_Ivanidze  that would be hard to confirm they all do but assuming they do what are voting buttons ? Thanks

In Outlook for Windows, create a new email and select Options - Use Voting Buttons.
