Hi,
I noticed that, as the organizer, when I send an update that changes the reminder setting of an existing calendar event in Outlook 365, it does not update any of the recipients' calendars. Is this by design?

@Don-BX Yes, it is by design. It won't override the user's own settings.

@melvinanorman99 Thanks for the response, but it looks like it's by design that when you send an update to change reminders for calendar events, it only changes yours and not the participants'. Thanks though. Appreciate the suggestion.
