Sending an existing calendar invite to a new employee.

Hello,

 

I hope all is well during these times. I wanted to seek a possible answer to automate in our organization. The foundation has 2 yearly all staff meetings where calendar invites are sent months in advances.

 

All staff members are in a Mail-enabled security‎ group and sent an invite through there.

 

Would it be possible to automate this calendar invite when we have a new user/hire added to the group?

@wc129 Hello, my apologies if I do not understand the question properly but what if you used a M365 group where "all staff" are members and just utilize the shared calendar in the group for these meetings. Or make that group into Team in Teams and schedule the meetings there, perhaps using channel meetings or whatever option that would suit your needs.
