I have a customer that has delegated access to multiple email accounts and uses Outlook for Windows.
Previously all the accounts were added individually in Outlook as opposed to giving her delegated access on each mailbox. Since giving her delegated access and removing the individual accounts from Outlook, she can no longer search the calendar that has the appointments in.
Is this supported or will I have to add the email address that has the calendar appointments in individually and remove delegated access.
She does not view these emails on any other device apart from her PC.
