Resource Room - email/name changed is not showing

Hi all,

I will try to describe the issue best I can.

*we had resource (room) named "email address removed for privacy reasons". Yesterday we received request to change the name & email address to "email address removed for privacy reasons", which we did.

New display name & email address are showing correctly in EXO, etc...



when I click on scheduling assistant in Outlook (OWA) to schedule meeting - the new name "email address removed for privacy reasons" is not showing it all. It still shows the old name of the room/resource. Same issue is showing on Outlook desktop version.


Under "organization -> address lists" it shows "up-to-date" for all lists.


Any idea what could it be?
