I am writing to request your assistance with a compatibility issue that I have been unable to resolve on my MacBook Air. I am unable to open or download Excel attachments in my email, despite having the latest version of Mac OS and a Microsoft Business Basic email license as well as an Office apps for Business apps license.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Microsoft Outlook, as well as updating to the latest version of Mac OS. However, I have not been able to resolve the issue.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide in finding a solution to this problem. I am hoping that together we can resolve this issue and ensure smooth operation of Microsoft Office on my MacBook Air.
