I have used Outlook for years and made no recent changes . I am on Outlook 2016 on a Windows 11 pc. Suddenly, some replies I receive to emails I have sent have my original message and the rest of the string if there is one, but my correspondent's actual reply is not there although everything else about the email is normal. This happens to some but not all of the replies I get, and it occurs whether the message is received through gmail or my own server. I have contacted my server about it and they say simply that they do not support Outlook! Can anyone tell me what is happening and suggest what I might do about it. Happy to supply any info I have left out. Thanks
