Reloading Email Account in Outlook

Hi,  I recently changed my email account from one Microsoft account to another.  In outlook I deleted the email account and then tried to reload the email account so it would pick up the emails from the new Microsoft account.

However outlook cannot locate it and just comes up with a message to retry or contact someone for help.

I have been able to view my emails on the web through Microsoft so the email works ok.  I have other emails accounts in Outlook and they are working fine.
