Recovering "on my computer" emails

Hi there,

I'm using Outlook for Mac 365. Our company IT department recently upgraded our Exchange system to the cloud, but in doing so, they deleted my email profile from my computer and therefore deleted all the emails and folders I'd moved to the "On My Computer" folders in Outlook. 

Luckily I have Time Machine set up and so I assume I haven't lost these emails completely. I tried restoring Outlook.sqllite from the Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9. Office/Outlook/Outlook 15 Profiles backup (which Outlook then repaired when reopening the app) however this didn't restore the emails or folders.

Any suggestions on what else I could try to recover these emails?
