I had to reset my phone, since then the autenticator app reseted too.
However, I am still logged on my phone in my outlook-app. (although I reset my phone).
I forgot my PW and I also changed my phone number, so I cant reset my pw through my phone number.
I tried to use the form for password issue. Its give me the same option, like autenticator or phone number reste. I also have outlook premium. I can prove that I am legally the owner of this account.
How can I reset my Pw.. is there any other options?
